We will build;
- Strength by increasing the strength of your muscle fibres
- We will develop Speed and Strength by turning those muscles into Fast Twitch muscle Fibres
- We will train in a way that will also transfer many Slow Twitch Aerobic Fibres into fast Twitch muscle fibres
- After increasing those muscle fibres we have and building new ones we will increase the oxidative ability of those muscle fibres so that not only are they bigger, stronger, faster but also have better endurance (more aerobic)
