Performance Coaching with Kevin combines S&C science, skill development best practice , focusing on pracxtical implementation on the field for coaches and players sports psychology.
This approach supports coaches, teams, or clubs in planning developmental phases for young players or creating game plans at competitive levels. Services include developing sport-specific strength, power, and speed programs, assessing athletes' capabilities, and adjusting training plans based on progress.
Kevin collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to performance enhancement and maintains open communication with athletes & coaches alike.
Kevin can lead and participate in team meetings and strategy sessions that help align performance goals with overall team objectives. Support is provided to management and player leadership to foster a positive team culture and develop an engaging learning environment for individuals.
Kevin also offers physical testing, analysis and S&C programming and on-going consultancy to coaches and clubs also.
